Sunday Helper {Process Post}

Good evening! I wish to talk and showcase March postcard design: Sunday Helper! This is the design that will be coming out end of the month of March.

Sunday Helper is a character I drew a couple of years ago about a person doing chores on the weekend. The name Sunday Helper is because I also do chores on the weekend and unfortunately, it stuck. In the original picture, a Broomba was her helper for chores and I added a cat because the opposite of a good help is a chaotic pet. Because in the March Patreon Theme, I wasn't able to fit in the Broomba, the naming of the theme doesn't make sense!

I considered naming this March theme names such as: "Chore time" "Daily Tasks" to make it more universal but I think most of you know her as the Sunday Helper girl so I kept it closer to my personal theme. ^_^

At first glance, she looks like she is wearing an unusual amount of clothes and layers but there is a thought process behind it. Sunday helper woke up on a lazy morning and just toss on a loose apron over her PJs. Her nighttime socks and sloppy wear shows that she is just going about without caring how she looks. I gave her a shawl because it's chilly in the morning and it feels more comfy in this picture.

For the sticker sheet, I want to make it a little more useful for you. In thinking about how people will use sticker sheets to journal, I want to add in actual chores that you might do so you can add them to a task list!

I really enjoyed drawing her again and she was always presented in my list of prints. So I am really happy that she is finally a pin design!
