Miku

I finished drawing a long awaited Miku illustration for her birthday months back. I sneaked some time off my workload to do this and it feels really relaxing to finish something personal for once. I love Miku's design and character and the way she is created to be so flexible to draw for and still so recognizable! 

For this picture, I imagine her wearing a simple and loose outfit. Her shirt is baggy and she is wearing pants styled like piano keys. The pants are supposed to be hakama styled but I don't really have a solid reference for the pose and how it will work crossed legged so it's sorta of a guesswork. I kept her signature tie but it's lazy and unkept like a scarf. 

I had a lot of fun with the colors of this picture because I really enjoy blues and pinks color schemes. She was on my mind for months and I am glad it's finally done 'D
