Ice Dragon

Hello, just a small sketch drawing I did a couple of days ago. / w /

I finally got time for a little breather and wanted to doodle something comfortable and fluffy. Where I live, its only a little chilly a rainy but I like to imagine the snowy weather of winter during December. I feel fortunate that living in the west coast, I have the luxury to choose when to experience snow and when I visit a snowy state last year, the memories of the stillness and magic of snow is still new to me. 

So I think that's why whenever I draw snowy pictures I always uses colors of the still grays, the icy blues and the light pins where light hit. / w/ (same with my arctic fox character!)

Ice dragon was another theme I was pondering this year, a dragon character holding a staff made of frozen leaves. I wasn't able to fully flesh the design out in time alas but there are so many fun things to do with winter themes.  

I will be taking a break and organizing my work for the next few days since it's Christmas! I hope to get a good rest and come back to work with renewed energy! Thank you for reading this little entry today :D
