Happy Chinese New Year

A doodle to celebrate Chinese New Year! I try to draw something each year for it and this year I barely made it in time.  

It was a pretty quick drawing so I didn't think too hard about the colors! At first I want to draw her as a white tiger, but I felt the colors felt too dull so I started adding pops of yellow, and then suddenly she is based off a orange tiger! But I kept her white colored hair so there is a bit of a fusion going on. / w/ 

I am always interested in sugar candy art so I hard her holding a sugar candy tiger. I ate some at an autumn festival celebration once and I thought they are super cute! In real life they can get really intricate.

Its pretty late here and I'm super stuffed from dinner so, here to say, happy Chinese New Year and onwards to the year of the tiger!
