Flower Pruning Watercolor {Process Post}

First off, I'm sorry for these bad photos! The lighting in my room at night is really bad, but most of my art gets done at night since I work full time. Luckily, my job lets me work from home since everything is done digitally anyway (I do graphic design).

Anyway, hope you like this new piece! I had fun adding gold paint to this as well.

Process

  1. Light sketch
  2. Line with Faber Castell Pen
  3. Line the outer area with black pen
  4. Fill in solid black areas (something I've been trying out lately)
  5. Paint in colors
  6. Add gold paint!

Once again the watercolors I use are the 36-pan Kuretake paints! Avaiable here:  https://www.amazon.com/Kuretake-MC2036V-Gansai-Tambi-Color/dp/B00KERVO72

Thank you guys and hope you're taking care of yourselves!
