2020 Art Summary

Here is my 2020 art summary! I took some of my favorite works for each month for this. ^ u^ 

I think for this year, I didn't improve as much in style but I try to improve in anatomy and drawing details! But overall I think I drew a lot and I am pretty proud of myself for sticking to it and try to strive to make my artwork better. 

Some reflections about each month for the heck of it.

January: That month, I thought about starting to draw more graphically and not try to think too much about background. It helps me relax a lot more and have fun with art. ^^

February: Got into Arknights and did so much merch for it. I chose my favorite Arknights drawing of Fang.

March: Bamboo is my favorite drawing of the year. Coloring it was reallllly satisfying. March is when I started using the brush tool instead of marker to line and it saves me so much time! 

April: I drew a lot of quick sketches this much. Also started Patreon this month. I'm so thankful at all the support and never thought it will go this far haha. >_<

May: I played Animal Crossing and drew Celeste whom I relate to so much. Her picture series became popular on Twitter, I was super shocked! 

June: That month I was trying to push myself hard to draw details and backgrounds. It was really exhausting but I call it training haha. 

July: I remember being swamped with a lot of real life work this month and didn't draw as much. ; ; 

August: Drew a lot of pictures that I like that month. It was really hard to choose. I wonder what caused me to be so inspired. xD

September: Was also super busy. >_< 

October: Tried so hard on the witch drawing! I learn a lot of new shortcuts drawing her, especially learning how to rearrange and skew art.

November: I took on a lot of work again and was really busy! But still try to keep my skills up and practice drawing quicker.

December: Also super busy (sorry it wasn't exciting). I hope next year I can take more breaks and also drawing slower drawings.
