November 2024 Theme Announcement: "Matcha Latte"
The weather is finally cooling down for me and it's time to break out the light fall outfits during cool evenings.
November is a theme you probably know I am a fan of: "Macha Latte"! Matcha latte is when you mix the earthy taste of matcha with the creaminess of milk to get a wonderful combination of sweetness and bitterness. I love drinking cold matcha latte with ice but for this theme, I went with hot matcha latte as it is more fun for me to draw.
Drinking our Matcha Latte today is our lovely Machanuki girl. (I basically mixed the words of Tanuki and Matcha together for this uncreative combination of words). She is a fan of the drink and visits cafes where she enjoys her drink by the window. One of my older Patreon theme "Latte" owns a cafe where she goes to!
Her design is based off the latte swirls. Her hair is whispy and her outfit have layers of brown mixed with accents of green to show the colors of a tanuki + the green colors of matcha. When she is disguising herself as a human, a little leaf will appear on her head!
The "Matcha Latte" pin is a gold metal, 42mm x 47.5mm hard enamel pin, and features 2 butterfly clutches on the back so that it's extra secure.
