| WHAT IS MELAN'S PIN CLUB? |

Melan's Pin Club is inspired by a lot of objects and ideas that I encounter on a day to day basis. Every month, I will create an original character and merch around that character's world. It will always consists of a pin, sticker, postcard and sometimes some extra bonus merch!

| HOW IT WORKS |

  • | JOIN THE CLUB |

    • Choose the tier you'd like to join, add the tier to the cart and checkout. You’ll be charged on the day you subscribe.
    • This payment qualifies you for the current month’s rewards.
    • After that, you’ll be billed on the same date each month, and your payment will count toward the rewards for that upcoming month.

  • | SHIPPING SCHEDULE |

    • All orders are shipped after the month of the pin club theme.
    • Domestic (USA) shipments typically take a week to arrive. International shipments can take anywhere from 2-9 weeks.
    • Tracking will be provided for all Pin Club Subscriptions.
    • Sticker Club will be shipped with stamped envelope.

  • | HOW TO UPDATE/CANCEL |

    • You can edit your subscription by logging into your account and accessing the Subscription Management tab.
    • After the payment is processed, I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds/cancellations (ノ﹏ヽ) Sorry!
